How long does onboarding take after the pilot?
After the pilot, full portfolio onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on data availability. Our team handles the setup and data import — you just need to provide basic building data (address, year of construction, area).
What data do I need to get started?
Very little — just the address, basic data on building systems and recent renovations. Scandens enriches the data automatically using national building databases. More detailed data improves the results but is not required to start.
How is Scandens priced after the pilot?
Scandens is priced as an annual SaaS licence based on the number of properties in your portfolio. You'll receive a price indication in the first meeting.
Can we run the pilot with properties from different asset classes?
Yes. Scandens covers residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. We recommend choosing 5 properties that represent the range of your portfolio for the most useful pilot results.
Does Scandens integrate with our existing property management software?
Scandens supports data import/export via Excel and PDF, and offers API integration for deeper connections with systems like immopac, Abacus, and others. Integration options are discussed during the pilot.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a self-service trial, but the free demo (Step 2) is essentially a trial — we show Scandens live on one of your own properties. This gives you a much more relevant picture than a generic sandbox environment.
